The Boat House is situated just 50 yards from the lovely Rosemarkie Beach where the famous bottle-nose dolphins can be seen in the waters of the Firth. This detached former lifeboat station has been converted to provide spacious accommodation, making the perfect holiday base for exploring the Highlands.

Rosemarkie is ideally situated for touring the North of Scotland with the Isle of Skye, and the fishing ports of Ullapool and Gairloch are all within easy drive.

Local amenities include a golf course just a few hundred yards away, sailing, fishing and many types of water sports. Inverness, the Highland capital is just 15 miles away and boasts numerous attractions.
